Bakery and Confectionery
We bake everything on site including all our breads by Chef, using organic stone ground local flours, and all our confectionery e.g. petit fours, chocolate truffles and proper Devon fudge.
All made by Chef from fresh seasonal fruit.Honey is from our own bees which forage on the surrounding wildflower meadows and hedgerows.
