Access Statement for Combe House

Combe House is an Elizabethan Grade I Listed Manor set in 10 acres of gardens & arboretum, and surrounded by 3,500 acres of Devon country estate. Whilst we aim to meet the needs of all our guests, the property's historical significance means that there are a number of period features which might make access difficult for guests with limited mobility.

We have 15 bedrooms, all situated on the first floor and access is by three flights of stairs (Combe House is over 400 years old there are no lifts). However, our Restaurant and public rooms are all on the ground floor and easily accessible.

We are pleased to offer the services and facilities listed below.
